Samson Mnisi was born in Lesotho in 1971. He currently lives and works in Johannesburg, with his studio located in Soweto. studied fine art and photography at FUBA Academy. He has had numerous groups and solo exhibitions, locally and internationally and has collaborated with various artists around the world, and his works are in local and international collections.

Mnisi explores patterns, lines, symbols and color to forge a distinct language of expression expression. He considers art as a principle of alchemy. Where through it you can evoke or even heal emotions
